The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repairs, overhaul, reassembly, calibration, testing, and packaging & preservation process.
The following items will be required to be serviced: with a repair cost for beyond the economical repair (BER) of light utility vehicles with wheels (LUVW) Item 1, NSN: 4130-12-364-7089, COMPRESSOR,REFRIGERATION UNSPSC: 25170000 Part No.: A0002306811 NCAGE: CN7Z7 Quantity: 43 Unit of Issue: Each Item 2, NSN: 2910-12-363-5060, NOZZLE,FUEL INJECTION UNSPSC: 25172400 Part No.: 0445110105 NCAGE: D8015 Quantity: 5 Unit of Issue: Each Item 3, NSN: 2950-12-362-5531, TURBO SUPERCHARGER,ENGINE,NON-AIRCRAFT UNSPSC: 2950 Part No.: 6120960499 NCAGE: CN7Z7 Quantity: 45 Unit of Issue: Each The work will be carried out for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of contract award with an option to extend the contract for three (3) additional periods of one (1) year.
The crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
