Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to obtain the services of a supplier to rent a back up generator for Bath and Millhaven Institutions in the Ontario Region. Background: The existing back up generator at the sites was damaged during a recent project and is currently awaiting repairs.
CSC must rent a back up generator to ensure maintenance of critical operating systems on site, including HVAC, Fire and Life Safety and Security Systems, in the event that the institutions lose municipal power. Objectives: To rent a back-up generator for Bath and Millhaven Institutions while CSC completes repairs to the current generator.
Tasks: The Contractor must: a) provide a 2500kVA 347/600V Sound Attenuated, Trailer Mounted Diesel Generator; b) provide a 2500kVA 600-13.8KV Step up Transformer with 100’ of 15kV Cabling; c) provide 50’ X 4/0 Camlock Cable c/w tails, shore power cable and remote start; d) provide all transportation for the delivery and pick up of the generator; and e) include all applicable Emissions and Environmental surcharges.
Deliverables: The Contractor must: a) deliver the trailer mounted generator to Bath Institution. b) provide all required cabling and connections necessary to connect the generator to the main power system. c) assist CSC designated staff to ensure the generator is connected and operational. d) remove the generator at the completion of the contract.

Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of January 15th, 2026 to October 14th, 2026 with the option to renew for two (2) additional six-month periods.
