Scope overview
Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung aller Betriebsstellen des Studierendenwerks München Oberbayern und der Kinderkrippen des Trägervereins Studentische Eltern-Kind-Initiativen mit Büromaterial in zwei Losen (Los 1: Büromaterial). Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem (1) Unternehmen je Los. Die Laufzeit beginnt am 01.05.2026 und endet zum 30.04.2028.
Es besteht eine einmalige Option auf Verlängerung um zwei Jahre, längstens bis zum 30.04.2030. Der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch um 2 Jahre, wenn nicht spätestens 6 Monate vor Vertragsende gekündigt wurde. Nach der optionalen Verlängerung endet das Vertragsverhältnis automatisch zum 30.04.2030, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf.
Der Vertrag endet, wenn das in den Vergabeunterlagen genannte Gesamtkontingent erreicht ist auch vor Ablauf der oben genannten Frist.
