Scope overview
Die Evangelische Lukas-Stiftung Altenburg hat in den Jahren 2016/2017 mit Eigenmitteln auf dem Klinikgelände einen Neubau für die Tagesklinik der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie mit 12 Plätzen errichtet. Der Neubau verfügt über ein 1. Obergeschoss, das seit dem Jahr 2017 im Rohbauzustand verblieben ist. Nunmehr wurden im Krankenhausplan 12 zusätzliche Eltern-Kind-Tagesplätze für den Standort bewilligt.
Dazu soll mit insgesamt 5,6 Mio. € Fördermitteln das 1. Obergeschoss ausgebaut und ein weiteres Geschoss für eine Erweiterung der tagesklinischen Kapazitäten aufgestockt werden. Für den Ausbau des 1. OG wurde bereits eine Entwurfsplanung erstellt - Kostenberechnung 1,9 Mio. € brutto. Für die Aufstockung 2. OG liegt nur eine Ideenskizze mit einem Kostenrahmen von 3,7 Mio. € brutto vor. Die weiteren Leistungen werden einzeln schriftlich abgerufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch zur Beauftragung weiterer Leistungen besteht nicht.
