Scope overview
Die Ausschreibung umfasst die technische Planung und Durchführung von regionalen Messebau- und Logistikleistungen, einschließlich der Lagerung, Wartung und Reparatur von Messe-, Ausstellungs- und Eventmaterialien im gesamten Geltungsbereich der AOK-Bezirksdirektion Hochrhein-Bodensee.
Hinweis: Ausgenommen hiervon sind die von der AOK-Hauptverwaltung gemäß einem Kriterienkatalog vorgegebenen Schwerpunktmessen und Veranstaltungen. Diese Leistungen werden separat über die DTVP-Plattform ausgeschrieben (Akz. AOKBW-2026-BW/Messebau - Veröffentlichung voraussichtlich Ende Februar 2026). Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.07.2026 und gilt zunächst bis 30.06.2028.
Der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch um jeweils weitere 12 Monate, wenn er nicht 3 Monate vor Vertragsende gekündigt wird und endet automatisch zum 30.06.2030 ohne, dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Die Einzelheiten der geschuldeten Leistung ergibt sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
