Scope overview
La Commune de Commugny (ci-après « adjudicateur »), en partenariat avec les Communes de Tannay et Chavannes-des-Bois, exploite la déchetterie intercommunale située sur une partie de la parcelle 34 à Commugny. L’adjudicateur souhaite mettre en concurrence et confier le transport et traitement des déchets collectés à la déchetterie intercommunale à une ou des entreprises spécialisées.
L'objet de l'appel d'offres du LOT 1 consiste à attribuer un mandat de transport pour les catégories de matières 3.1.1 à 3.1.13 et de traitement pour certaines de ces matières (voir annexe R1, dossier d’appel d’offres) selon les différentes prestations décrites ci-après (cf. Chapitre 4) pour le compte de l’adjudicateur.
Les catégories 3.1.14 et 3.1.15 constituent les options de marché que l’adjudicateur pourra ou pas prendre en compte lors de l’élaboration du contrat avec le prestataire. Les catégories 3.1.16 à 3.1.23 sont mentionnées à titre informatif et ne font pas partie du présent marché.
II s’agit en outre de fournir du nouveau matériel de collecte nécessaire à l’exécution du mandat et d’assurer l’entretien de celui-ci pour garantir des transports dans le respect des normes sécuritaires et environnementales en vigueur. Le soumissionnaire s’engage à proposer toute solution utile à l’adjudicateur pour assurer la bonne gestion des prestations.
