Vollsanierung des denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäudes aus 1980 mit 2 Untergeschossen, 2-3 Vollgeschossen + Dachgeschoss, ca. 21.350m² BGF. Davon ca. 6.000m² Tiefgarage. Massivbauweise aus Stahlbeton mit Verblendmauerwerksfassade. Fenster und PR-Fassaden aus Aluminium. Holzdachstuhl als Walmdach mit Ziegeleindeckung.
