LVI -suunnittelupalveluiden puitejärjestely 2026-2029 (2030) Raaseporin kaupungin Tilahallinto pyytää tarjoustanne kiinteistöjen kunnossapitoon ja investointeihin liittyvistä tuntihinnoilla toteutettavasta LVI-suunnistelusta. Kyseessä on puitesopimus, johan valitaan 3 toimittajaa.
Hankinta koskee Raaseporin kaupungin hallinnassa ja hoidossa olevien kiinteistöjen korjaus- ja muutostöiden sekä investointien LVl-suunnittelua sisältäen suunnittelukohteeseen tarvittavat muut asiapaperit kuten rakennustapaselostuksen, työkohteen korjauskustannusarvioita ym. Työtehtävä käsittää myös työmaalla käyntiä sekä suunnittelukokouksiin osallistumista.
Hankinnan kohteena on tuntiveloitusperusteiset LVl-suunnittelijan tehtävät. Töiden sisältö ja laajuus määräytyvät tapauskohtaisesti ja ne sovitaan jokaiselle hankkeelle erikseen. Samoin tehtävien aikataulu sovitaan tapauskohtaisesti joka hankkeelle erikseen.,
