Scope overview
Für die beiden neuen Berliner Fördergebiete Zehlendorf-Mitte (Steglitz-Zehlendorf) und Wilmersdorfer Straße (Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf) wird das Geschäftsstraßenmanagement in Losen ausgeschrieben. Die Aufnahme der benannten Fördergebiete in das Bund-Länderförderprogramm Lebendige Zentren erfolgte am 02.09.2025 mit Senatsbeschluss.
Das Förderprogramm Lebendige Zentren (LZ) legt den Fokus auf die Anpassung, Revitalisierung und Stärkung von Zentren. Zur Zielerreichung kann neben der Entwicklung durch Baumaßnahmen im öffentlichen Raum und Aufwertung der sozialen Infrastruktur auch ein Geschäftsstraßenmanagement zur Unterstützung eingesetzt werden.
Das Geschäftsstraßenmanagement begleitet zeitlich begrenzt den Weiterentwicklungs- und Transformationsprozess eines Zentrums und unterstützt dabei die Netzwerkbildung. Den Rahmen für die Umsetzung bildet das jeweilige integrierte städtebauliche Entwicklungskonzept (ISEK), in dem Leitbilder und Ziele festgelegt sind. Diese können durch ein gebietsspezifisches Geschäftsstraßenkonzept und Maßnahmen konkretisiert werden.
