Sopimukseen sisältyy Karstulan urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 780 kilometriä, josta Is-talvihoitoluokkaa noin 70 km, Ib-talvihoitoluokkaa noin 130 km, sorateitä noin 380 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 30 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan perusurakka.
