Scope overview
La présente consultation a pour objet la conduite, l'entretien courant (P2) et la garantie totale (P3) des installations des piscines de Vernouillet et de Saint Remy sur Avre. Le détail des prestations figure au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
Les prestations du marché feront l'objet d'un marché composite conclu : - pour partie sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire sur la base de la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) pour l'entretien, la maintenance préventive et les contrôles règlementaires (niveau 1 à 4). - pour partie sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande en application des articles R. 2162-1 à R.
2162-14 du code de la commande publique pour les interventions non prise en compte dans le forfait et notamment la maintenance curative qui ne serait pas liée à un défaut d'entretien courant du titulaire de niveau 4 comme suit: sans montant minimum de commande / montant maximum de commande annuel de 65 000 euro(s) HT
