Scope overview

L'EPTB Vidourle a engagé les études réglementaires du projet rive droite afin d'obtenir les autorisations environnementales, la déclaration d'intérêt général et la déclaration d'utilité publique de l'ensemble des travaux projetés sur les communes de Lunel, Marsillargues et Saint Laurent d'Aigouze prévus dans cette opération (Papi 3 et Papi 4).

Pour rappel, l'EPTB Vidourle dispose aujourd'hui d'une étude détaillée du projet complétée par des notes techniques. Afin de répondre aux attentes des services instructeurs l'EPTB Vidourle souhaite déposer un dossier cohérent au niveau Avant-Projet Détaillé. La mission de maitrise d'oeuvre comprend notamment la rédaction de cet AVP à partir des éléments à disposition.

Les conditions d'exécution de la mission sont précisées dans l'acte d'engagement et dans le CCTP. Lieu d'exécution : Commune de Lunel
