Scope overview
La présente consultation a pour objet un marché de maîtrise relative au réaménagement de l'ancien internat du collège de Valence d'Agen. L'ancien internat du collège Jean Rostand est un bâtiment datant des années 70. Depuis les années 90, il n'est plus utilisé dans sa destination d'origine et le collège a investi une partie des espaces libérés.
L'objet de cette opération est de réhabiliter le bâtiment internat afin de le mettre aux normes (accessibilité, sécurité incendie), pour le rendre à nouveau exploitable, créer de nouveaux espaces pédagogiques pour l'établissement, réaménager le pôle soins et la lingerie et héberger un pôle associatif. L'opération porte sur un surface d'environ 2 000 m².
