Il s'agit d'un marché de maîtrise d''oeuvre urbaine, non alloti à prix mixtes, avec une partie à prix global et forfaitaire et avec une partie à prix unitaires à bons de commande encadré par un montant maximum de 80 000 euros HT. La durée prévisionnelle du marché est de soixante-dix-huit (78) mois à compter de la date de notification du marché.
Le marché intègre trois (3) volets : - Volet A "MOE urbaine" ; - Volet B " MOE espaces publics" ; - Volet C "Accompagnement réglementaire".
Compétences obligatoires attendues : - Architecte-Urbaniste (mandataire du groupement obligatoirement) - Paysagiste - BET VRD - BET hydrologie Le nombre de candidats admis à présenter une offre est fixé au minimum à 3 (sauf si le nombre de candidatures reçues et/ou conformes est inférieur à 3), et au maximum à 3
