Scope overview
Folgende Leistungen sind Teil des Gesamtsystems: a) Lieferung, Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzdruckern und Multifunktionsgeräten für den Druck-, Kopier-, Fax- und Scan-Bedarf als Monochrom- und Farbgeräte gem. angefragter Mindestanforderungen, Optionen und Vorgaben des AG b) Bereitstellung, Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege der in der Ausschreibung spezifizierten Softwarekomponenten.
Für die Geräte hat der AN die zum Betrieb im Netzwerk erforderliche Software inkl. jeglicher Lizenzen, die für den vertraglichen Gebrauch der Geräte erforderlich sind, bereitzustellen. Software muss teilweise auf mehreren verschiedenen Servern installiert werden.
c) Einweisung der IT Administration in die Konfiguration und Funktion der gelieferten Geräte und Software d) Erstellung von anwenderorientierten Kurzanleitungen zur Nutzung der Geräte e) Schulung der Anwender während Rollout f) Realisierung eines Betriebsmodells gemäß Anforderungen an den Standorten des AG g) Installation und Konfiguration von Neugeräten gemäß Abnahmeprotokoll h) Automatisierte Lieferung von Verbrauchsmaterial i) Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Supportservices für Hard- und Software gemäß Anforderung j) Im Fall von durch neuere Firmware zu behebende Sicherheitslücken erfolgt der Upgrade der Geräte durch den AN nach Beauftragung durch den AG.
k) Kostentransparenz über ein einfaches und klar strukturiertes Abrechnungsmodell l) Abbau, Löschung und Abholung der Geräte nach Vertragsende, bei Gerätetausch aufgrund nicht möglicher Reparatur oder Zurückgabe innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit
