Scope overview
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking submissions that meet high standards at the best possible cost for the provision of urban grounds maintenance services in Quebec for the natural and built facilities and properties described in this request for proposals. RFP. The scope of work will include the maintenance of parks, green spaces, recreational trails, roads, bridges, etc.
The NCC will continue to be responsible for the overall planning and management of this important federal natural and cultural space within Canada's Capital Region. The Maintenance Management Contract consists of providing landscape and civil maintenance services, as well as snow removal and de-icing, waste management, recycling, and cleaning services at NCC-owned sites located in the National Capital Region.
The contract also includes the provision of services for specific maintenance programs and special events, as well as accountability to the NCC.
