Supply and Installation of Mapping and Management Systems for Water Distribution in Cambodia

Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, dated December 2019, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of International Development Association (IDA).

4. This invitation is open to all bidders. 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) via Mr.

Qualification requirements specified in ITB Sub-Clause 14.2 (C) of the bidding documents include: (i) The Bidder has satisfactorily completed at least two (2) contracts for supply of similar goods in the preceding three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025) of not less than 50% of the bid price (US$66,000) in each contract.

(ii) The Bidder has completed contracts in the total cumulative amount equal to at least two (2) times the value of the bid price (US$264,000) in the preceding two (2) years (2024 and 2025).

(iii) The Bidder has availability of liquid assets through either: - access to a line of credit or cash in bank account of an amount at least 50% of the bid price (US$66,000), net of other contractual commitments; or - credit terms with vendors specifically for the goods to be supplied under the contract, and valid for at least 6 months after the deadline date for submission of bids specified in ITB Clause 21. 7.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 30 US Dollars . The method of payment will be in cash. The Bidding Documents may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder.

Other than payment of the non-refundable fee, there shall be no other conditions for purchase of the bidding documents. However, conditions for the submission of bids must be in hard copy, and with a soft copy stored in a flash disk as elaborated in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bidding Documents. 8.
