Scope overview
L’opération porte sur la construction d'un écopôle environnement à la Teste de Buch composé de 3 sous-ensembles : - la construction d'une recyclerie dédiée au don et au réemploi des objets déposés par les usagers ; - la déconstruction/reconstruction de la déchetterie comportant une partie de casiers à ciel ouvert, une partie abritée et une partie fermée afin d'accueillir les différents déchets déposés par les particuliers et les professionnels ; - la déconstruction/reconstruction d'un quai de transfert pour permettre aux bennes de collectes en porte à porte de la COBAS de vider les différents flux de déchets dans des semi-remorques avant transport vers les centres de traitement.
L’opération porte sur l'ensemble des infrastructures, voiries et réseaux présents sur la parcelle de 24 062 m² ainsi que sur la construction de locaux pour l'accueil, le contrôle, le stockage, la recyclerie et les bureaux administratifs et sociaux pour une surface d'environ 2200 m².
Le marché d’assurance ne concerne que les bâtiments « recyclerie », « administration / personnel » et « accueil » qui ne relèvent pas des ouvrages visant à traiter des résidus urbains. Le montant TTC des ouvrages objets de la police DO est de 4 577 844,38 €.
