Scope overview
Le présent contrat a pour objet de confier au maître d'oeuvre une mission dont les éléments constitutifs sont l'AVP, le PRO, l'AMT, le VISA, la DET, l'AOR, l'OPC, ainsi qu'une mission complémentaire relative au suivi de la conformité de la conception et réalisation du projet avec les autorisations environnementales en vigueur. Montant de l'enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux : 7 748 160,00 euro(s) HT.
Les prestations du présent marché débutent à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de la phase 1 (prévu en septembre 2026) et s'achèvent à l'expiration du délai de la garantie de parfait achèvement. L'objectif fixé est une réception des travaux en décembre 2028. Le délai prévisionnel indicatif d'exécution de la mission est de 48 mois.
Le présent marché comporte des obligations en matière d'insertion sociale visant à promouvoir l'emploi de personnes rencontrant des difficultés particulières d'insertion et à lutter contre le chômage à raison de 275h
