Scope overview
Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution des prestations de nettoyage courant des locaux et espaces des bâtiments de la Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basques (CAPB) ainsi que des prestations de nettoyage des vitreries ces mêmes bâtiments.
Il s'agit de la relance du lot 10, relatif au nettoyage des bâtiments Enfance et Petite Enfance situés sur l'ensemble de la CAPB, déclaré sans suite pour nécessité de redéfinition du besoin. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an à compter du 01/10/2026. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an.
La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 3 ans L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum est de 540 000,00 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale du marché de 3 ans
