Le présent marché est un marché de prestations de services ayant pour objet le nettoiement de la voirie et des espaces publics de la commune d'Asnières-sur-Seine (Hauts de Seine).
Il est constitué : -D'une partie ordinaire conclue à prix forfaitaires sur la base de la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire -Et d'une partie à bons de commande réglée par application des prix unitaires du bordereau des prix, sur la base des quantités commandées, sans montant minimum et pour un montant maximum de 1 000 000 €HT par an pour toute la durée du marché.
La durée du marché est de 5 ans à compter du démarrage effectif des prestations prévu au 1er novembre 2026. Il est renouvelable deux fois un an par tacite reconduction.
