Scope overview
1.1 Le présent marché est un marché de service et de fournitures ayant pour objet l’entretien et la fourniture d’extincteurs (remplacement ou nouvelle acquisition) pour des extincteurs situés dans les différentes implantations de l’Administration communale de Liège et de la zone de Police de Liège. 1.2 La description précise des services et fournitures est reprise dans le Point B - Prescriptions techniques.
1.3 Le présent marché est un marché à bordereau de prix. Il sera attribué à l'issue d’une procédure ouverte avec publicité européenne. La dépense dépend du budget ordinaire de chaque entité. 1.4 Le marché est unique et indivisible soit un seul lot. 1.5 Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 2 ans.
Il sera ensuite reconduit tacitement 1 fois maximum pour ne pas excéder une durée totale de 48 mois 1.6 Le marché prend cours au lendemain de la notification d’attribution du marché à l’adjudicataire et au plus tôt le 1er juin 2026.
