Scope overview
Le marché consiste à désigner un architecte ou une équipe d’auteurs de projet chargé(e) d’une mission complète d’architecture comprenant l’étude architecture et le contrôle de la réalisation des travaux sécurité-salubrité ainsi que d’une mission de coordinateur sécurité - santé sur les chantiers temporaires ou mobiles suivant l'arrêté royal du 25 janvier 2001.
Il s’agit d’une relance d’un marché suite à la résiliation d’un précédent contrat.
Les travaux de rénovation concernent uniquement : • Mise en conformité électrique et création local compteur ; • Travaux sur les installations de gaz ; • Installation du chauffage central ; • Mise en conformité de la ventilation hygiénique des logements ; • Ragréage des maçonneries en briques et réparations des bétons des terrasses ; • Remplacement des garde-corps des terrasses ; • Sécurisation incendie ; • Remplacements ponctuels d’équipements, d’alimentations et de décharges sanitaires ; • Désamiantage ; • Retrait de canalisations en plomb.
L'estimation des travaux est évaluée à 2.500.000 € HTVA.
