La présente consultation concerne une procédure d'appel d'offres Ouvert (AOO) en application des articles R.2113-1 à -3, R.2124-1 et -2, R.2131-16 et -17, R.2161-1 à -5, R.2162-1 à -6 et R.2162-13 et -14 du Code de la commande publique.
Le marché est dévolu en deux lots distincts. Cette consultation concerne uniquement le Lot n°1 : Réalisation de travaux de signalisation verticale sur le réseau routier départemental - Secteurs Centre et Ouest. Cet accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu avec un montant minimum annuel de 200 000 euros HT et un montant maximum annuel de 1 000 000 euros HT.
Il est conclu à compter de la date de prescrite par ordre de service établi par le maître d'ouvrage et notifié au titulaire et ce pour une durée d'un an, reconductible tacitement trois fois par le pouvoir adjudicateur, par période d'un an, sans que sa durée totale n'excède quatre ans. Aucune négociation n'est prévue dans le cadre de la présente procédure.
Caractéristiques / quantités : Fourniture de supports 80x40, 80x80 ou Ø60 pour un total de 850 ml, fourniture de panneaux de police de tous types et de toutes dimensions pour un total de 907 unités, fourniture de mâts pour signalisation de type SD2 pour un total de 385ml, fourniture de supports à sécurité passive pour un total de 350ml, fourniture de registres en dos ouvert pour un total de 153m², fourniture et pose de PPHM et de portique de gabarit, fourniture de signalisation verticale plastique pour un total de 584 unités, pose de 140 supports, pose de 325 panneaux de police, pose de 220 registres et 100 cartouches pour signalisation de type SD2
