LET op: informatiebijeenkomst marktconsultatie 10 april 2026 De gemeente Amsterdam is in voorbereiding op het inkooptraject “Nieuwe Sporthallen Zuid” (NSHZ). De toekomstige uitvraag voor NSHZ wordt een overeenkomst waarbij meerdere onderdelen aan één inschrijver worden uitgevraagd. Waaronder diensten en werken die door één samenwerkingsverband worden uitgevoerd.
Bestaande uit ten minste: architect, technisch adviseur en constructeur, met daarbij de (sloop)aannemer in hetzelfde samenwerkingsverband. Het projectteam van NSHZ heeft de volgende globale opgave voor de beste beoordeelde inschrijver (later ‘samenwerkingspartner’ geheten): 1. Asbestsanering 2. Sloop van bestaande hallen/panden 3. Ontwerp fasering 4. Ontwerp van het gebouw 5.
Realisatie van de tijdelijke huisvesting 6. Realisatie van het gebouw in fases 7. Coördinatie over al het bovenstaande
