Scope overview
Provincie Zeeland is voornemens een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure te starten voor het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst (ROK) met één opdrachtnemer met een looptijd van vier (4) jaar voor de modernisering van de Elektrische Installaties en PLC-besturingen van in totaal zeven (7) nautische objecten, te weten vier (4) beweegbare bruggen, twee (2) sluizencomplexen en één (1) centrale PLC-voorziening ten behoeve van afstandsbediening van de bruggen binnen het areaal van de Provincie Zeeland.
Binnen de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst wil de Provincie Zeeland in het jaar 2026 al één (1) beweegbare brug hebben gemoderniseerd. Voor de periode 2027 tot en met 2029 is de aanbestedende dienst voornemens de overige nautische objecten te moderniseren.
