Scope overview
Als onderdeel van de voorbereiding op een openbare Europese aanbesteding ‘Trapliften’ doet de regio Westfriesland (bestaande uit de 7 gemeenten Hoorn, Medemblik, Koggenland, Stede Broec, Enkhuizen, Drechterland, Opmeer) een korte schriftelijke marktconsultatie. De gemeenten in Nederland zijn verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo).
De ondersteuning vanuit de Wmo bevat onder andere de installatie van trapliften bij inwoners thuis, wanneer zij vanwege mobiliteitsproblemen niet zelfstandig gebruik kunnen maken van hun trap. Het doel is om hen in staat te stellen zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig in hun eigen woning te laten wonen.
Momenteel wordt de levering, installatie en onderhoud (en eventuele reparatie) van trapliften binnen de regio uitgevoerd op basis van een overeenkomst met één externe leverancier. In verband met het aflopen van het huidige contract wordt de levering en het onderhoud van trapliften in 2026 opnieuw aanbesteed.
