Specific Procurement Notice Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project Materials and equipment for drip irrigation system, fences and poles for Pasture Users Unions and various type of pipes for Joint Forest Users Groups in project targeted areas and State Forest Enterprises in project sites RFB No: TRLRP-G-PUU-JFM-2.2-2.1-GRANT-1125 The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract TRLRP-G-PUU-JFM-2.2-2.1-GRANT-1125 – Materials and equipment for drip irrigation system, fences and poles for Pasture Users Unions and various type of pipes for Joint Forest Users Groups in project targeted areas and State Forest Enterprises in project sites.

Center for Implementation of Investment Projects of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Materials and equipment for drip irrigation system, fences and poles for Pasture Users Unions and various type of pipes for Joint Forest Users Groups in project targeted areas and State Forest Enterprises in project sites.

Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Please refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.15 of the Guidelines for the World Bank's conflict of interest policy.

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
