ALL ELIGIBLE AWARDEES UNDER THE MATOC FOR LCS PROJECTS WILL BE PROVIDED A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES MAKING AN AWARD BASED ON INITIAL PROPOSALS WITHOUT CONDUCTING EXCHANGES. THEREFORE, EACH OFFEROR?S INITIAL TASK ORDER PROPOSAL SHOULD CONTAIN ITS BEST TERMS.
