NPX CHARITABLE WILL PAY A MANAGEMENT FEE WITH RESPECT TO EACH DONOR IMPACT FUND OF NPX CHARITABLE THAT IS MANAGED BY NPX, INC. THE FEE FOR THE FUND SHALL BE FOUR AND ONE HALF PERCENT (4.5%) OF THE TOTAL DONOR COMMITMENTS TO THE FUND. IN ADDITION, NPX CHARITABLE WILL REIMBURSE NPX FOR REASONABLE THIRD-PARTY OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS AS DETAILED IN THE CONTRACT.
