Scope overview
North Ayrshire requires a suitably qualified contractor to produce electrical installation condition reports and completing remedial works within the councils non-housing portfolio and communal areas within sheltered housing and supported living units in Council ownership and/or use within the boundaries of North Ayrshire Council, including the Islands of Arran and Cumbrae.
This will include town halls, leisure centres, libraries and primary / secondary schools etc. The nature of the work envisaged within the term contract relates to both the planned inspection, servicing, testing and certification, and repairs of the electrical installation.
