Measurement System for Aarhus Light Rail Infrastructure and Installation Service

The tender procedure is conducted as a procurement with clear cross-border interest below the threshold value, in accordance with section IV of the Danish Public Procurement Act. With this tender The Contracting Entity hereby invites tenderers for the delivery of a complete service.

This includes performing measurements of Aarhus Light Rail’s infrastructure — both track and catenary system as specified in Appendix B – Tender List, as well as the delivery and installation of the measurement system on an Aarhus Light Rail tram train, as described in Appendix C – Dimensions for measurements. The Customer holds layout drawings of the trains on which the equipment is to be installed.

These drawings may be made available to tenderers upon request. The drawings contain information regard-ing the construction of the trains and are considered confidential for security reasons. In order to gain access to the drawings, the Tenderer must sign Appendix E – Confidentiality Declara-tion.

The signed confidentiality declaration must be submitted in ETHICS by submitting a question in accordance with section 6.1, after which the Contracting Authority will send a message enabling the Tenderer to upload a document. Tenderers who receive these drawings as part of the procurement procedure undertake to treat the material as confidential in accordance with section 11 in The Tender Specification.

The Contracting Entity expects to award the contract to the Tenderer, who submitted the lowest price in Appendix B – Tender list.
