Scope overview
De opdracht omvat het tweede deel van de nodige werken voor de restauratie van de noordelijke nevenlokalen in de Sint-Romboutskathedraal. Dit dossier betreft de heraanbesteding van werken die in een eerste dossier van de heraanbesteding geschrapt werden. (zie algemene technische bepalingen). Dit deel van de werken voorziet in het inrichten van publiek sanitair en opslag in het noordportaal.
Hiervoor werden in het eerste deel werken reeds de nodige aansluitingen voorzien. Daarnaast worden in dit tweede deel van werken het meubilair van de kapittelzaal en de nieuwe sacristie voorzien (beide op niveau 0). Verder worden de polychrome schilderingen van de voormalige kapittelzaal vrijgelegd en gerestaureerd.
