En effet, son objet ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes et il n'est pas pertinent de l'allotir géographiquement au sein du Département des Bouches-du-Rhône : cela conduirait à des lots trop restreints techniquement et peu attractifs pour la concurrence. Il n'y a pas de montant minimum. Le montant maximum annuel est fixé à : 250 000 euro(s) HT. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en tranches
