Scope overview
Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de contrôle technique relative à la restructuration du bâtiment A1, la déconstruction des bâtiments A0 et G0, la construction d’ateliers de maintenance à l’Agricampus de Laval (53). Cette opération s’inscrit dans la Stratégie d’Investissement des Lycées 2018-2024 (SIL) et dans le cadre de la stratégie DEET (Décret tertiaire) du patrimoine de la Région Pays de La Loire.
Le programme de l’opération est joint au dossier. Le contrôle technique comprend les missions : - Missions de base : L et S ; - Missions complémentaires : PS, P1, F, Ph, Th, Hand, LE, Av, HYS, CO, PV ; - Mission « Hand-attestation » ; - Vérification initiale des installations électriques lors de leur mise en service selon l’article R 4226-14 du code du travail.
