Contractul pentru proiectarea si executia obiectivului “MM-CL-03 – Proiectare si executie (inclusiv AT din partea proiectantului conf Legii 10/1995) Extindere, reabilitare si infiintare: STAP, Surse de apa, SRTAP Sighet - Remeti si SRTAP Sighet – Rona de Jos” include: a)Activitatile de proiectare - Proiectul Tehnic de Executie, care va include toate documentele necesare conform legislatiei si orice documentatie necesara pentru obtinerea avizelor si autorizatiilor; suport pentru Beneficiar în obţinerea autorizaţiilor şi avizelor necesare; b) Lucrari de constructie; c) Furnizare si montaj utilaje si echipamente tehnologice; d) Testare si punere in functiune; e) Instruirea personalului Beneficiarului.
f) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Garantie. g) Pe perioada de executie a lucrarilor, antreprenorul va asigura si asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului, cu toate atributiile legale care ii revin in acest scop.
Durata de proiectare și executie a lucrarilor si punere in functiune a instalatiilor este de 33 luni calendaristice, defalcata astfel: - Etapa de proiectare: 6 luni calendaristice - Perioada de executie a lucrarilor: 24 luni calendaristice - Perioada de testare si punere in functiune: 3 luni calendaristice Perioada de notificare a defectelor (PND) este de minim 36 luni calendaristice de la semnarea procesului verbal de receptie la terminarea lucrarilor.
