Scope overview
Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, New York City Police Department ( NYPD ) intends to enter into sole-source agreement with Elite Aluminum Corporation to purchase a FORTS mobile command center and mobilzer unit for NYPD's Counterterrorism Division.
The FORTS 38 Standard Mobile Unit and mobilizer will be used by NYPD personnel as a command center for counter-drone purposes at major events throughout the year. Any vendor besides Elite Aluminum Corporation that believes it can provide the FORTS 38 Standard Mobile Unit and mobilzer tailored to meet NYPD s needs is invited to do so.
