Scope overview
>_Le projet de Modernisation de la Ligne D s'inscrit dans le cadre du plan de fiabilisation et de modernisation du métro Lyonnais 2023-2035. Ce projet vise à mettre en service à l'été 2031 une ligne D modernisée fonctionnant avec un nouvel automatisme et un parc de matériel roulant mixte de MPL16 et de MPL85 adapté à ce nouvel environnement.
Pour parvenir à cette objectif le projet inclus l'achat de nouveau matériel (MPL25) et leur mise en service sur la ligne B, la bascule de MPL16 de la ligne B vers la ligne D, l'adaptation des anciens matériel MPL85 au nouvel automatisme, et l'adaptation des équipements de la ligne et des outils d'exploitation à ce nouvel automatisme.
Le marché « CFA Embarqués » doit porter l'ensemble des modifications dans les rames et les systèmes centraux associés, nécessaires à assurer la continuité et la qualité de service attendue pour fournir les services en embarqués concernant l'interphonie, la sonorisation des espaces voyageurs et l'information visuelle (information trajet et information d'accompagnement).
Cette opération touche l'ensemble des Matériels Roulants concernés par le projet (MPL85, MPL16, MPL25) et les systèmes centraux existants (PASYS / NIS RAIL/ TETRA (interphonie et sono embarquées) et IDV (information visuelle ligne B)). Elle est réalisée en interface avec les systèmes des matériels roulant (PA, MR) et du PCC (TS-D / ATS-D, ATS-B, MI-COM-IV) et avec le système Vidéo Métro.

>_Ce marché est, au sens de la directive 2014/25 UE, un accord-cadre. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre dit « composite ». Il comporte 2 parties distinctes : >Une partie dite « marché ordinaire », >Une partie « accord-cadre » pour laquelle le maître d'ouvrage a recours à la technique définie au 1° de l'article L2125-1 du code de la commande publique.
Cette partie du marché s'exécutera, à compter de sa date de notification selon les prestations mises en oeuvre, par l'émission de bons de commande ou par la conclusion de marchés subséquents en application des articles R2162-3 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. La partie "accord-cadre" est conclue sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 8 000 000 euro(s) HT pour toute sa durée.
Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 72 mois à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible tacitement 2 fois 12 mois
