Scope overview
- Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja i rozbudowa Szpitalnego Systemu Informatycznego Optimed Standard firmy Comarch posiadanego przez Szpital Ogólny w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem, a także ujednolicenie oprogramowania informatycznego w Poradniach Rehabilitacyjnych, Ośrodku Dziennej Rehabilitacji, Pracowni Rehabilitacji Leczniczej oraz Pracowniach Fizjoterapii (obecnie używany system KS-Somed). 2. W zakres zamówienia wchodzi modernizacja i rozbudowa szpitalnego SI w rozumieniu: 1) udzielenie licencji bezterminowej, ograniczonej do 400 jednocześnie pracujących użytkowników na korzystanie z dostarczonego Systemu, 2) instalacja, konfiguracja, wdrożenie i uruchomienie Systemu, 3) przeniesienie wszystkich danych z baz danych Oracle, 4) integracja z systemami zewnętrznymi użytkowanymi przez Zamawiającego, 5) przeprowadzenie szkoleń stanowiskowych dla personelu medycznego Zamawiającego, 6) przeprowadzenie szkoleń z administrowania zmodernizowanym Systemem dla personelu informatycznego Zamawiającego, 7) zapewnienie nieograniczonego dostępu do materiałów szkoleniowych w trakcie wdrożenia oraz po jego zakończeniu, 8) świadczenie usług gwarancyjnych (gwarancji) oraz usługi nadzoru autorskiego, 9) świadczenie usługi asysty technicznej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2a do SWZ – OPIS PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA (OPZ) – wymagania funkcjonalne Szpitalnego Systemu Informatycznego HIS, który jest integralną częścią SWZ.
