Scope overview
L'objectif de cet appel d'offres est de formaliser un partenariat solide à long terme afin de réaliser les prestations décrites sous "Prestations attendues".
Il sera demandé à notre partenaire de constituer un centre d'expertise en développement logiciel travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Stockage de l'OCSIN pour assurer le suivi et l'évolution du code du "Moteur de Droits du Service de Fichiers", abrégé "MDSF", tout au long de son cycle de vie.
Le MDSF est une solution logicielle qui a été développée pour l'OCSIN et qui permet d'interfacer la plateforme de gestion des identités (IAM) de l'État de Genève nommée « GINA », avec le service de fichiers (NAS). Les utilisateurs peuvent ainsi administrer les droits sur les données du NAS au travers de GINA.
