INVITATION FOR QUOTATION The Supply and Delivery of 20 Motorcycles Ref No.: MAFF-G-002 The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received Loan from the World Bank IDA Credit No.7594-KH toward the cost of Cambodia Water Security Improvement Project (CaWSIP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of 20 Motorcycles (Ref: MAFF-G-002) .
Procurement will be conducted through Request For Quotation (with advertisement) Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of the World Bank.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during official government working hours from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM .
Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 01 July 2025 @ 9:00 AM (local time) late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend shall be allowed to be present in person at the address given below on 01 July 2025 @ 9:00 AM (local time) .
