Scope overview
Das USZ beabsichtigt neue Respiratoren für die Neonatologie zu beschaffen, welche über modernste und anwenderfreundliche Beatmungsmodi und –formen zur optimalen Patientenversorgung im universitären, spitzenmedizinischen Umfeld verfügen. Die Respiratoren sollen höchste Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen und nicht-invasive sowie invasive Beatmungsstrategien ermöglichen.
Bei der invasiven Beatmung müssen sowohl konventionelle Modi wie auch die unkonventionelle Hochfrequenzbeatmung möglich sein. Bei der nicht-invasiven Beatmung muss neben der klassischen unsynchronisierten bi-level Beatmung auch eine synchronisierte bi-level Beatmung möglich sein. Zur optimalen Steuerung der Beatmung wird auch ein statisches und dynamisches Lungenfunktions-Monitoring verlangt.
