Meeting Location: Attendees are required to meet at the specified time in the parking lot of the commercial area facing the South Gate. Address: Via Pionieri dell'Aria, 88, Roveredo in Piano, Pordenone, Italy. New Due Date to Submit Attendees' Names and Identification Documents: Not later than 17 February 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) local time. (Limit of two (2) attendees per company.) Questions.
New Due Dates to Submit Questions: First round: 20 February 2026 at 16:00 local time. Second round: 10 March 2026 at 16:00 local time. THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE. This Solicitation Notice is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Construction Services in Italy.
The proposed contract will be a competitive firm-fixed-price contract procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. It is contemplated that the Government will evaluate interested offerors using the Price-Past Performance trade-off process.
The scope of work for the resultant contract will primarily be associated with new construction, design-build or design-bid build, for renovation, repair, alteration, maintenance, and construction projects on various real property facilities across multiple trades to be conducted primarily at Aviano Air Base and supported Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) in Italy to supplement the Base Civil Engineers capability to execute projects on an as needed basis.
Project description is detailed in the Contract Technical Specifications. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Five (5) year base ordering period with an option for additional five (5) years. MACC MININUM/MAXIMUM: The minimum guaranteed amount for the life of each awarded contract is $2,500 (EURO equivalent) that is payable following attendance at a mandatory MACC Orientation Training.
The total aggregate maximum contract value for all awarded contracts combined is estimated at $205,300,000.00. MINIMUM TASK ORDER: $2,500.00 MAXIMUM TASK ORDER: $9,000.000.00. The solicitation is issued via PIEE Solicitation Module. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, or plans is issued from this office.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Offerors are encouraged to submit all additional written questions and requests for clarifications, using the Questions form (Section J, Attachment 10) and send them to the Points of Contact (POCs) via e-mail in accordance with the terms of this Solicitation.
Responses of the Government to potential vendor comments and questions to attachments to this notice will be published on the Government Point of Entry: www.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this website for changes to this notice and the formal solicitation amendments.

A single pre-proposal conference/site visit will be conducted at Aviano Air Base, Italy, on 20 February 2026 at 09.00 AM at the parking area of LVIS gate (contractor gate) area F flightline, Aviano Air Base.
