The District currently utilizes bandwidth ranging from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps and requires scalable solutions capable of meeting current and future connectivity needs.
Scope of Services Requested The District seeks proposals for: * Internet Access services * Wide Area Network (WAN) or other Data Transmission Services * Services delivered over lit fiber or other commercially available transmission mediums * Scalable bandwidth solutions with the ability to migrate to higher-capacity services during the contract term Vendors must propose a bundled Internet Access and Data Transmission solution.
The District reserves the right to evaluate bundled service proposals and select the most cost-effective solution in accordance with E-Rate rules. Contract Term The District seeks a multi-year agreement for E-Rate eligible services: * Initial term: July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 * Option for annual extensions upon mutual agreement and if determined to be in the Districts best interest Compliance Requirements * All bidders must possess a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN).
