Scope overview
Das Portalgebäude Weiningen (Teil des Gubristtunnels, situiert auf dem Tagbautunnel Weiningen), muss bis auf einen Elektroraum (Mittelspannung) zurückgebaut und neu erstellt werden. Dabei sind die statische Situation und die Abdichtung des Tagbautunnels, die Aufrechterhaltung des Tunnelbetriebs inkl.
GSM- und Funkmast, die Gestaltung des Ersatzneubaus im Kontext des kommunalen Gestaltungsplans sowie die Koordination mit den Nachbarprojekten (Tunnelröhren Gubrist, Überdeckung Weiningen mit Vorzone sowie Gemeindebauten auf der Überdeckung) zu berücksichtigen.
Das vorliegende Mandat umfasst die Leistungen von Gesamtkoordination, Architektur, Tragwerksplanung, Landschaftsarchitektur, Baumanagement / -leitung, Bauphysik und Akustik, Umwelt und Tiefbau in den Phasen AP (Ausführungsprojekt gemäss NSG) bis 53 (Inbetriebnahme / Abschluss). Die Leistungen sind mit dem gleichzeitig beauftragten BSA-Planer (HLKSE) zu koordinieren.
