Scope overview
Das Bauprojekt "N03 / N04 Westumfah-rung Zürich" ist damals etappiert in den Jahren 2006 und 2009 eröffnet worden. Das Bundesamt für Strassen ASTRA plant die Betriebs- und Sicherheitsan-lagen (BSA) zu sanieren. Ausserdem sind entsprechend dem Projekt Road-map VM-CH Massnahmen (PUN) ge-plant. Zusätzlich wird mit GHGW und RaDo die Staubildung verringert.
Im Zuge dieser Arbeiten, werden auch Massnahmen zur Umsetzung der Ener-giestrategie des Bundes realisiert. Im vorliegenden Bauprojekt "N03 / N04 Westumfahrung Zürich, Instandsetzung BSA" wird eine Projektplattform (Common Data Environment, CDE) mit der Bezeichnung "Projektraum WUZ" implementiert.
Dieser Projektraum WUZ wird durch alle Projektbeteiligten ge-nutzt und stellt damit ein zentrales Element bei der Zusammenarbeit, Projektorganisation, Ablaufprozessen und für den gesamten Informations-austausch dar. Die Projektlaufzeit erstreckt sich über ca. 20 Jahre und beinhaltet ab SIA Phase 31 (Mass-nahmenkonzept) bis hin zu SIA Phase 53 (Inbetriebnahme, Projektabschluss) alle Bauphasen.
In der vorliegenden Ausschreibung "Projektraum WUZ" (D-x-9-2) sind sämtliche Dienstleistungen für Projektierung / Systemnutztung / Sys-temablösung enthalten. Der Anbieter erbringt daher sämtliche Leistungen wie zum Beispiel: Aufbau, Schulung, Support, Wartung + Unterhalt, Datenschutz / Datensicherung, Systempflege sowie Deaktivierung inkl. Archivierung sämtlicher Daten.
Der Anbieter "Projektraum WUZ" ist für eine hohe Verfügbarkeit zuständig und unterstützt mit seinen Dienstleistungen einen sicheren und geordneten Projektverlauf.
