Scope overview
Das Projekt zur Neugestaltung der Anschlussstelle Blécherette ist ein Neubauvorhaben an der N09 nördlich von Lausanne zwischen Kilometer 3,9 und 6,4. Hauptziel ist es, die derzeitige Anschlussstelle zu verdoppeln, um den Verkehr flüssiger zu gestalten und damit die Sicherheit der Verkehrsteilnehmer zu verbessern.
Das Projekt sieht Vorabmassnahmen vor (noch zu bestätigen) und muss mehrere benachbarte, damit zusammenhängende und parallele Projekte berücksichtigen. Nach der Erstellung des definitiven AP-Projekts und zur Fortsetzung der Projektplanung muss der aktuelle Auftrag teilweise neu ausgeschrieben werden.
Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Leistungen von Projektverfasser (PV)– örtlicher Bauleitung (öBL) für die Bereiche Verkehr und Signalisation sowie für die Phasen DP bis Inbetriebnahme (SIA 32 bis 53 gemäss SIA 112).
