Jamstvo za otklanjanje nedostataka u jamstvenom roku, Upute za ponuditelje, na način da određuje visinu jamstva u odnosu na ukupnu vrijednost ugovorenih radova, te ista sada glasi: Odabrani ponuditelji dužni su Naručitelju dostaviti jamstvo za otklanjanje nedostataka u jamstvenom roku u obliku zadužnice ili bjanko zadužnice koja mora biti potvrđena kod javnog bilježnika i popunjena u skladu s Pravilnikom o obliku i sadržaju zadužnice (Narodne novine, broj 115/12 i 82/17), odnosno Pravilnikom o obliku i sadržaju bjanko zadužnice (Narodne novine, broj 115/12 i 82/17) i odredbama Ovršnog zakona (Narodne novine, broj 112/12, 25/13, 93/14, 55/16, 73/17 i 131/20) ili neopozive bankarske garancije naplative „na prvi pisani poziv“, „bezuvjetno“ i „bez prava prigovora“ u iznosu od 10% ukupne vrijednosti ugovorenih radova bez PDV-a, te s rokom važenja trideset (30) dana dužim od dana isteka jamstvenog roka.
Ostale odredbe ostaju nepromijenjene.
