Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan isporučiti i izvršavati predmet nabave uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima i priznatim pravilima struke, te u skladu sa zakonskim i podzakonskim aktima koji uređuju djelatnost obuhvaćenu ovim postupkom nabave.
