Scope overview

In accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii), the Department of Social Services/Information Technology Services (DSS/ ITS) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract with ConvergeOne Government Solutions, LLC for the One Number Contact Center Cloud Solution Services utilized in DSS s Cash Assistance On-Demand (CAOD) project.
